Booking Terms
By booking a tour, experience, or service through NexRoaming, you agree to the following terms:
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make a booking.
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed via email upon successful payment. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us at info@nexroaming.com.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in the local currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment methods.
- Travel Documents: You are responsible for ensuring you meet all visa, passport, and health requirements for your chosen destination.
Changes & Modifications
We understand travel plans can shift. NexRoaming offers flexible options:
- Date Changes: You may request a change of tour date up to 7 days before the scheduled departure, subject to availability.
- Tour Modifications: If a tour is modified due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, we will offer an equivalent alternative or full refund.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to be fair and transparent. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

| 7–14 days before departure | 50% refund |
| Less than 7 days before departure | No refund |
Note: Refunds exclude any non-refundable third-party fees (e.g., accommodation, transport) already incurred.
Cancellations by NexRoaming
In rare cases, NexRoaming may cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, minimum group size not met). In such cases, you will receive:
- A full refund
- Or the option to reschedule or choose an alternative tour
